1. Order Placement

• Orders can be placed online via our website or through directly contacting us.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation with the order details and collection instructions upon successful payment.

2. Collection Times

• Click and collect orders are available during store hours: 9AM - 6PM Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM during weekends.
• Orders placed before 3 PM will be ready for same-day collection. Orders placed after this time will be ready the next business day.

3. Order Confirmation

• Customers must wait for a "Ready for Collection" email or SMS notification before arriving at the store.
• Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be prepared.

4. Identification Requirements

• Customers must present a valid form of identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) and the order confirmation email or SMS at the time of collection.
• If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring a copy of the order confirmation and their own valid ID.

5. Collection Location

• Orders can be collected from 8 Kingsborough Way, Zetland 2017.
• Parking is available near the collection point for easy access.

6. Uncollected Orders

• Orders not collected within 2 days will be cancelled, and a 50% refund will be issued within 3 business days.
• Customers will receive a reminder notification before the cancellation.

7. Changes and Cancellations

• Changes may delay the readiness of your order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your items at the time of collection.
• If an item is damaged or incorrect, notify a team member immediately for a resolution.
